Fire-retardant and flame-retardant plain PVC coated sun-shading fabric is to use flame-retardant treatment on the basis of sun-shading fabric. The finished product can not only effectively prevent the spread of flame, but also protect the original performance of the fabric. Carbonization forms an isolation layer, which has the characteristics of non-melting and non-extending in the event of fire, and has good flame retardant effect.

Even if the flame retardant fabric is ignited by an open flame, it can be automatically extinguished within 12 seconds of leaving the open flame.

Regarding the flame retardant level, the People's Republic of China Standard GB50222-95 "Code for Fire Protection of Interior Design of Buildings" stipulates that decorative materials are divided into four levels according to their combustion performance: Class A-otherwise; Class B1-flame retardant; Class B2-flammability; Class B3-Flammability. Only fabrics that reach the A-level and B1 level can become flame-retardant fabrics. The highest level of flame-retardant textile fabrics is currently B1, and our fabrics reach the Class B1-flame retardant.
